For folks that are fans of footie on a budget, there is plenty to appreciate in Real Soccer 2013. Unfortunately the flawed control scheme where it matters most, on the field, will likely leave gamers crawling back to EA.
There a moments of jubilation to accompany the frustration, and there's just about enough here to make the game worthy of investigation. Just don't take it too seriously as a simulation of the game.
Real Football 2013 continues its losing streak with an ill-suited freemium model and some sloppy football action.
