Tactical Soldier is a pleasant surprise for fans of tactical turn-based strategy games. It's incredibly challenging, but as such it's also incredibly satisfying when you figure out the best way to deal with the many scenarios in the game.
A bit slow, but a zombie-splattering good time nonetheless.
Armed with a variety of deadly weapons and your strategic wits, you'll be hard-pressed to get your whole squad out alive.
A campy turn-based adventure with the right idea, Tactical Soldier: Undead Rising discharges gameplay riddled with flaws both superficial and substantive flaws that make it tough to recommend.
A competent tactical turn-based title, though its ponderous pacing makes it hard to enjoy without a lot of spare time.
Tactical Soldier – Undead Rising combines a lengthy eight hour campaign, decent storyline and good presentation with some awkward controls, linear gameplay and annoying pace. To me the game ended up being boring due to the linearity.
