The single player is an interesting concept, but too short to make much of an impression. Playing with random people online didn't provide a satisfying experience, when I did manage to get into a game. Unless you have people to play with, let this one pass you by.

Unfortunately, the fun factor of the card game versus its video game version is an apples to oranges comparison.

Overall, Apples to Apples makes for a decent, but not great, conversion from board game to video game.

Apples to Apples on Xbox Live feels a little cheap in its presentation and can't compare to playing the game in person. However, for those who don't have the option to play offline due to distance, it's hard to deny the game's vibrant charm.
