Sheehan largely omits the voices of skeptics, resulting in a considerable - but possibly overdue - slant in favor of chiropractors.

What starts as an impassioned exploration of the medical establishment's court-proven conspiracy to "contain and eliminate" the chiropractic profession soon turns into a scattershot expose of the entire health care field in Doctored.

Unfortunately, in waving the flag for more holistic, naturopathic treatments, the already meandering Doctored loses focus, touching on topics like alternative cancer treatments, autism and vaccination, and genetically modified produce. Mr. Sheehan seems to forget the primary documentarian directive: First, do no harm to your main argument.
