The sum total is superior in every way to what he dished out last time. With a third one openly teased at the end, the fog has lifted: Hemsworth has landed on his Bourne, and this is his Supremacy.

If Extraction 2 isn’t necessarily smarter than its predecessor, maybe it’s somewhat less stupid. Its self-conscious action craft puts a little bit of brain behind all that performative brawn.

Extraction 2 feels like a glossier and more by-the-numbers extension of the first movie. By giving Rake, their Sad Action Hero, something more to fight for, the filmmakers accidentally stripped the character of what made him so compelling in the first place.

An action movie that delivered the action, and what a frenetic, few moments of dialogue served to take a breath **** story agree with other reviews could be worked on more. In general, it's worth watching next to some lame movies that come out nowadays.

The action of course was great and that is the movie's main selling point, but the story itself at some points just gets too dumb - kid calling father's brother telling where he is even though before he saw them shoot at him and his mother and so on. Just all the usual dumbness just to advance plot. Other than that it still is a great watch given you mainly watch it for the action.

Yet another mind-blowing installment of the best commando action you will see on a screen, although the implausibility is equally ratched up compared with the original. This sequel also inserts some character development arcs that seems to muddy the experience more than elevate it.
