Stewart Copeland

Biography: Stewart Copeland was born in 1952, his father was a founding CIA agent, and his mother a British Intelligence agent. Because of his parents careers, Stewart and his older brothers Miles III and Ian grew up in various countries such as Lebanon, Beirut; London, England and other locations.
Stewart's career in music has been very successful, playing drums in The Police, and in a band called Oysterhead, with Les Claypool of Primus and Trey Anastasio of Phish. Stewart has also toured with The Doors and other popular bands.
Mr. Copeland has a long history of producing soundtracks and film scores for television shows and feature movies.
Stewart currently lives in the Santa Monica area of Southern California, and travels frequently to perform in Europe.
