An even more compelling portrait of a debauched workplace, with greater character development and some cardiac-arresting set pieces.
This opening episode sets a strong precedent, but the whole of the second series is on iPlayer, and the show only gets better as everyone’s behaviour, deliciously, gets worse and worse.

A fresh and bold series. Love the intensity and also reminds me of a many work nights in the city of London. I can see why this doesn't appeal the mass. It's relatable to those who worked in city of London or CW in a certain group and profession. If you haven't, hard to relate to it. Definitely attached and hooked

Atmospheric, moving, exceptionally written, and featuring a stunning indie soundtrack, Industry is one of the most impressive new dramas in years. The strong ensemble is led by a remarkable Myha’la Herrold who deserves an EMMY for her performance.

Industry is the same show it was the first time around, with the same pleasures and pitfalls. The dialogue is so laden with financial jargon it occasionally becomes unparsable. ... If you found something to like in its bleak worldview and blistering pace in season one, you’ll be glad to follow Harper back into the office.
It’s that very back and forth that makes Industry so much fun. This workplace and its employees are so callous, so singleminded you want to see them trip over their own inflated egos not once but a dozen times. You want to see them rise from the ashes of their own mistakes and try to make it, even if doing so will make you hate them just a little bit more.
An engaging but thematically thin drama. .. The show’s entanglements and provocations are what manage to pull a viewer in.
While there’s not a bad performance in the bunch—Leung, Abela, Freya Mavor, and David Jonsson are particular standouts—the fine acting doesn’t render “Industry” appointment-viewing. There’s a frustrating and probably deliberate sameness to the first three episodes in particular; characters often repeat the same beats in new configurations again and again, which adds thematic richness while also making each episode feel a bit stale.
All the pieces work fine — its gray and noisy world is fully realized and each character has a clearly defining schtick. But the show doesn’t appear to be about anything. Everyone is in favor of winning and opposed to losing, but there’s no meaningful motivation or specificity to any of their behaviors.
Really enjoyable! Fast paced business drama with hard cultural truths peppered throughout. A little hyperbolic though told with purpose and a strong message.

Great tv show. The characters are realistic and they show many different faces. The actors perform really well. You never know what to expect from them, the show doesnt pretend to give a black/white point of view of investment banks its just that people have to pay a price in such enviroment. Great soundtrack too. Muy recomendable.

This is SO much better than dull and disappointing The Undoing, people who are hating it haven't watched more than the first episode. The series gets better and more intriguing with each episode. I will be tuning in for Season 2.
