It's one heckuva fascinating look into a world and a culture with which most of us have little or no experience.
The show is gentle, winning and sympathetic. [7 May 2012, p.48]
[The show] awkwardly winds up immersed in the "drama" of mid-teenage girls being showcased and married off, which can\'t help but feel creepy.
TLC is a place to turn to for sideshows, and this new reality series is certainly that.
