Babbdi has a retro ambience that goes beyond its low-resolution textures. Its brevity and open-endedness makes me think of the magazine demo disc levels I’d hoard and replay as a teen. But it also feels like targeted relief from 2023’s anxieties, blending a strange restfulness with a sense of possibility. And yes, it lets you play La Cucaracha.

Babbdi 2 when? plz
Jokes aside, i really like how minimalistic the game is. It can be just really fun to just fly around and explore. Never have i felt so engaged to hunt for achievements in a game than in Babbdi.
And as somebody that is studying game development, i feel like i have learnt a bit about game development as i was playing this short but sweet game.
