There are no two ways about this. Everyone needs to play Arc Squadron, and they need to play it now.
  2. Nov 12, 2012
It's obvious that Psyonix put a lot of care and effort into ARC Squadron and it certainly shows in all facets of the game. With a ton of content, smooth controls and visuals worth talking about, there's little to not enjoy about ARC Squadron.
  3. Nov 6, 2012
In many ways Arc Squadron is a better sequel to Star Fox 64 than the official games that followed it, making it a must-have for mobile space combat fans.
  4. Nov 9, 2012
In a pinch, it's great for a quick Star Fox fix. Beyond that, it's an amazing arcade shooter that's easy to lose yourself in. I'm heading back in; all aircraft report.
  5. Nov 5, 2012
Featuring beautiful graphics, smooth gameplay, upgradeable ships/weapons, and an intuitive and simple control scheme, ARC Squadron offers fantastic gameplay in an equally pretty package.
  6. Nov 5, 2012
ARC Squadron is easily one of the best shooters on the AppStore right now.
  7. Nov 1, 2012
Not very often does a newcomer impress, quite to the level that ARC Squadron has. The visual polish, overabundance of content, and addictive gameplay all meld together into a product that even Fox McCloud would be happy to have bear his name. Don't hesitate to jump into the cockpit. This is going to be one hell of a ride, that shouldn't be missed.
  8. Nov 26, 2012
This is an addictive, long and hard game. Visually stunning and fun ARC Squadron is one of the best games in its genre we've seen this year, so if you like shooting aliens it's worth trying.
  9. Nov 22, 2012
ARC Squadron is an excellent space shooter, packed with a lot of missions, upgrades and boss fights. What a pity the touch controls don't always work as they should.
  10. Jan 7, 2013
ARC Squadron is a good alternative to the classic Japanese shoot'em up reported to the success from companies such as CAVE, right on the iOS platforms.
  11. Nov 12, 2012
A satisfying blast of colourful, creative on-rails shooting that's only slightly let down by an occasional lack of responsiveness in its controls.
  12. Nov 1, 2012
ARC Squadron is a solid shoot'em-up in the vein of greats like Star Fox, but streamlined to suit the platforms larger casual audience - don't fool yourself though as it still has plenty of bite in the later stages.
  13. Nov 1, 2012
These small complaints aside, ARC Squadron satisfies with a combination of gorgeous imagery and intense, arcade-style gameplay.
  14. Nov 13, 2012
The ridiculous amount of content, large degree of variety and finely-tuned challenge will keep you glued to your mobile device's screen.

Reminiscent of StarFox 64, but a bit more simplified. The game can begin to feel a little bit monotonous, but the ability to upgrade your shipReminiscent of StarFox 64, but a bit more simplified. The game can begin to feel a little bit monotonous, but the ability to upgrade your ship and weapons plus some special levels and bosses mixed in keep it fun for a while. Full Review »
