An excellent adventure platformer, Leo’s Fortune is a prime example of taking an established genre and simply taking the quality factor to an entirely different level.

Stick through the early levels and the game’s variety and complexity really opens up thanks to its colourful environments and puzzles. Injecting just enough of its own unique twists to genre conventions, Leo’s Fortune is a finely-tuned and thoughtfully crafted platformer. [Episode 5, June 2014]

Leo’s Fortune looks amazing and plays equally well. iOS platformers don’t get much better than this.

There's no doubt that Leo's Fortune is one of the most interesting mobile games of the year so far. It's got a fantastic atmosphere, excellent graphics and sound, smooth touch controls and a good number of levels.

It hasn't got much innovation, that's for sure, but Leo's Fortune is a great platform/puzzle game, with lovely graphics and a lot of depth, especially if you're aiming to the top scores.

Leo's Fortune delivers a platforming experience as creative and refined as any console game.

It looks great and it plays great. This is simply the best jump & run you can get on iPad.

Behind the amazing art style of Leo's Fortune, there is a surprisingly fun hidden platformer that controls amazingly well on a touch device. The game never gets really hard, but gives you enough challenge to keep you hooked for hours.

Even as a one-off experience, though, Leo's Fortune is an excellent platformer. The thumb-sliding controls fit tablet play perfectly, and the clever, gorgeous design is evident throughout. It's neither lengthy nor terribly challenging, but these complaints are outweighed by the joy of sliding through each beautiful level.

Leo's Fortune is a custom made platformer for iOS, that plays wonderfully and entertains from beginning to end. Once you get going you'll find borrowed gameplay with an original twist and incredibly high production values.

Leo’s Fortune is conceptually, stylistically and mechanically one of the best iOS games on the market.

An adorable platformer, visually stunning and easy to play. Doesn't last long but very enjoyable.

Leo’s Fortune proves that on-screen controls can work well when the gameplay is designed around them. A visually stunning iOS game that runs smoothly and justifies the premium price, with no in-app purchases to speak of, means the game feels high budget despite it coming from a small team. Another good game, then, and one iOS users should be checking out as soon as possible.

There's more to Leo's Fortune than just those good looks everyone's quick to point out, though they’re definitely the primary draw. Whether for the gameplay or the gorgeousness, this one definitely gets a recommendation.

Leo’s Fortune will immediately impress with its lush presentation, but will keep you coming back thanks to its tight physics platforming gameplay.

Easily one of the best platformers available on iOS. It’s both charming and brilliantly designed, and manages to make one of the most troubled genres on touch-devices work beautifully.

Leo's Fortune is a refreshing game with a unique style, thanks to the combination of different elements. This is in part by detailed, diverse environments. The controls feel weird at times, but are well executed and work well. It lacks in challenge and is quite short though. We would've liked to see more.

It's just so charmingly old-fashioned that you cannot really fault it for its slight problems.

An engaging platformer that misses a few steps, Leo's Fortune is still well worth a look.

Leo's Fortune is a fun ride while it lasts though, filled with clever physics puzzles and unconventional controls.
