Jan 29, 2021With only a few technical hiccups, Immortals Fenyx Rising: A New God represents a dozen hours of vault-based challenges that will put your platforming and logic skills to the test. If you want more Fenyx Rising but harder, then this expansion is a must-have.

Feb 1, 2021Immortals Fenyx Rising: a New God is a good first DLC for Ubisoft Quebec. Something more could be done with the variety of the gameplay, but the game is fun and makes you smile.

Jan 27, 2021A New God works very well as expanse for Immortals Fenyx Rising intended for players who enjoyed the base game. It doesn’t invent anything, but it adds what is just and necessary so that embarking on this new map is worth it. The strengths and weaknesses remain the same.

Jan 28, 2021A New God is a worthy expansion of Immortals Fenyx Rising, bringing some new gear and abilities to play with, and some more excellently designed puzzles that challenge the player's knowledge of the game's mechanics in interesting ways. Sadly, the expansion lacks the wealth of activities found in the main campaign, making the new one a little more repetitive in the long run. Still, a worthy purchase for fans of the puzzles seen in the main game.

Feb 22, 2021If you are someone who enjoyed the puzzles and the dad joke-like humor of Immortals: Fenyx Rising, A New God DLC is for you. The Vaults will challenge your approach to the game mechanics with the addition of new and expanded mechanics. However, if you are not a fan of trials and get easily frustrated, the DLC might be a miserable experience.

Jan 28, 2021If you are looking for a sizeable challenge to dive back into the world of Fenyx Rising, this expansion may well appeal to you.

Jan 27, 2021A New God is the first DLC for Immortals Fenyx Rising, and it adds some extremely tough new challenges to its endgame, even if it's not as compelling as what's to come.
-
Jan 29, 2021The structure and new ideas in A New God are promising: Despite my frequent frustrations with its physics and many of the puzzles, I had a decent time barreling through all these puzzles without having to discover them on a huge map. But it's hard to ignore how haphazard it felt, the trepidation I experienced trying a solution I knew would work only to have it go wrong for reasons out of my control.
