    Overall, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a homerun for the Star Wars gaming community. With a couple of exceptions I spoke about in my review this is a solid game.

    Much like the way early Lego Star Wars games set a tone for where the franchise would explore next, and how it would do so, The Skywalker Saga feels like the epitome of all the lessons learnt along the way while also setting up for the future. The intimate new camera angle and expanded combat breathe life into a familiar formula, while the linear levels feature a pleasing mix of puzzles and combat that are peppered with sharp humor. It's a pity that all of this can't be leveraged well enough to inject the same excitement into the side content that makes up most of the explorable hubs, which can take the thrill out of hunting down every unlockable character. But when The Skywalker Saga finds its stride, and it often does, it can be one of the most enjoyable ways to rediscover this storied franchise once again.

It's a lesson for other companies that make Star Wars games, right EA? That's how it's done, respecting the grandeur of Star Wars, putting the soul of the universe created by Lucas in every minute of the game.

    I can't stop playing, getting emotional and laughing alone as I play each mission, each part of this game. If this isn't the best game of the year, I don't know what will be. I remember my childhood as a game, when I played with the playmobil imagining this whole universe.

    This game is very conflicting for me, I enjoyed it for what it was, but at the same time it feels like there is something missing, and I can'tThis game is very conflicting for me, I enjoyed it for what it was, but at the same time it feels like there is something missing, and I can't figure out what it is, it's a shame we are likely not getting a DLC for clone wars, the post story gameplay is very boring after a bit and it gives off the "wide as an ocean depth of a puddle" vibe. I'm not sure what it is but it just feels like something is missing from it but I'm not sure what could be added. Feels like the space battles with the crusiers could have been expanded upon, and the story feels very rushed, like I understand this is lego but at times this game felt like I was watching the rise of skywalkers opening act but a tad slower. Pacing is weird and levels are short. and for those who wanted to enjoy the prequels with clone wars VAs it's kinda rushed due to the fast pacing.… Expand

But where the game really shines is in its characters. With a playful sense of humor and a penchant for breaking the fourth wall, the characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga are often funny and lighthearted, injecting a sense of fun into the game that is infectious.

    That being said, there is one major downside to the game: there is a lot of running. This can make the game feel repetitive and boring at times. However, if players take breaks and pace themselves, they will find that the game does get better as they progress through the levels.

    Overall, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a fun and lighthearted game that is perfect for Star Wars fans and LEGO enthusiasts alike. While the gameplay can get a bit repetitive, the game's characters and humor make up for it.
