Mar 9, 2018VRFC does a okay job of representing football in VR. The lack of single player, for now, is disappointing but running down the pitch with the ball at your feet and the goalmouth in your sights is thrilling. It's the infancy of VR itself that stops this becoming a true football experience but there is still fun to be had if you can find a game.
-
Apr 8, 2018A successful experiment but it still needs a finishing phase.

Mar 13, 2018After getting used to its control system, VRFC Virtual Reality Football Club can be funny. However, no offline play and a small player base can make it a risky investment in the long run.

Mar 10, 2018With a steep learning curve and the focus on multiplayer team duels this is not for everybody. But Cherry Pop Games managed to capture the team dynamics that are necessary to have success together. The fun you have depends heavily on the squad you are in, though, and how they treat you as a player - and as a person.

Mar 11, 2018VRFC is not a good representation of football, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. Like the table-top variety, it doesn’t need to be accurate to be entertaining, and once you embrace the insanity there’s fun to be had. VRFC is flawed and disconnected, but also spontaneous, amusing, challenging, and fun. At this budget price, we can think of worse ways to spend a weekend.

Apr 4, 2018Even though it offers cross-platform play finding those teammates can be a tricky, but once you’re up and running both sides are at least equally hamstrung by the control set-up.
