    Really great experience so far. Highly recommended if you like artistic story-driven indie games. If that's not your thing, skip it instead of whining about it on the internet. Most of the negative reviews are from people who don't like this type of gaming experience and would never even pick it up if they weren't paid to.     Let me start by saying this game is not going to be for everyone. But for me I really appreciated what the devs did here. From my understanding it was essentially just two guys, with assistance for music and a few other things. I really enjoyed the world and culture they've created. Essentially the game is an adventure game where you are a scout following the mythical hymnwave which is said will lead your people to a new homeland. Once there you and a few other begin exploring and analyzing this wonderous new planet. You are to catalogue the new flora and fauna you discover as well as tracking the aforementioned hymnwave. You use the titular Jett to accomplish this. It takes a little bit to get accostomed to the controls, which are unusual. I suspect many people will not like them. But for me it worked. The game really felt like what it must have been like to be a member of the crew on Star Trek. For people who like unique indie games this could be something you'd like. I'm really enjoying it.… Expand

    Worth the wait! This game is gorgeous. Like others have said, the controls may not be for everyone, but if you like beautiful, haunting scenery and knockout soundtracks, this may be the game for you.

    Well worth the price if you enjoy science fiction. You play as a jett pilot, one of the few astronauts which represent the vanguard of large group of people fleeing their dying world and seeking refuge on this new alien planet (satellite). I don't want to get into much detail but your task is to chart the various landmass, flora and fauna you find and send all the data to the mother shipWell worth the price if you enjoy science fiction. I don't want to get into much detail but your task is to chart the various landmass, flora and fauna you find and send all the data to the mother ship above in orbit where the majority of your people ar still in cryo sleep. Not everything goes as planed and you will have to go through some stuff to succeed. These indie developers did pretty good job with this unique game, I'm still thinking about the part in the beginning where you arrive to the planet and go down it's atmosphere for the first time and experience the new things that await you bellow.
    I only gave it an 8 because the game has some small issues. For one, there are occasionall stutters or instances when the game slows down like when you're trying to zoom in closer to your ship. This shouldn't be happening in an indie game like this on a PS5. The characters of the game speek a made up language, which adds to the imersion, but it's difficult to focus on the subtitles when you get directions from your copilot and also try to maneuver your jett in the middle of an action sequence when you are attacked or something.

    I absolutely love this game. It has a very strong and compelling story and the art design is out of this world. I can’t even count the number of hours I just spent just staying at my screen in awe while playing Jett. If you love a good story, space exploration or insane landscapes, you should play this game!

    Something special. A quick jaunt that lingers in the mind thanks to breezy movement, picturesque locales, and a story that offers plenty of tasty food for thought. [Issue#7, p.79]
