Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is the victory lap that every Borderlands fan will enjoy, and packs a tremendous value into one disc. Some performance issues hold it back from being flawless, but all the ingredients are here to sate your chaotic sweettooth.

With two mahoosive games and a ton of additional content stuffed into the box, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is well worth the asking price, what with its sharp, pimped-out visuals and what not. If you've already taken this ride before on Xbox 360, you might want to think twice before parting with more cash for the Xbox One version.

A good 1080p collection with one of the best FPSes from last gen and a decent spin-off, with the welcome addition of a local split-screen co-op mode. Other than that, there aren't other noteworthy additions so it's a recommended buy just for the ones who skipped at least one of the two games on last gen consoles.

The gorgeous HD assets and stonking amount of included DLC are well worth the price of admission, but it's a shame that The Pre-Sequel's performance issues stop this collection from being as handsome as it should be.

Offers a ton of great content for its price tag, alongside gameplay that is infinitely replayable. Despite that though, it's tough to wholeheartedly recommend the package, due to some awful performance issues on Xbox One.

What a fan-boy! That is no where near the case for this outstanding port. This title gives console gamers the (just about) PC equivalency of two of the best games we needed. If the comedic, awesome, & lengthy story didn't draw you in than the replayability value will. Not only that, You also get every DLC that is currently out as well. This game is a easy choice to pick up. So do it. Happy Looting, Vault Hunters! Expand

The story is amazing, the design of the world is incredible and never fails to draw me in when there's new stuff to learn about it. But what I love most are the characters! Handsome Jack is my gosh damn favorite character in the whole damn series, besides Rhys. Because let's face it, I hate Lilith. Like I really hate her. But I can't say that the games NPC are a little dated with the way the blankly stare at you when you talk to them and they always talk with weird hand motions, but this game is still amazing to look at. My favorite class of all time was the Assasin class, no doubt. It made you feel like a real assassin and that you aren't just another spy class that all they can do is snipe people. No, it makes you feel like you can actually be like an assassin/spy. I won't lie though, there are some **** physics and some bosses that are just so annoying it makes you wanna quit for a moment just so you don't punch you damn fist through the screen or your TV. But that doesn't happen very often if you don't go into weird or awkward places in an area or when going through a certain area. Or just make sure you know you're not stuck on a goddamn wall while enemies attacking you.

Overall this series is definitely a game worth buying and playing. It will make you laugh, rage (for certain parts), and hell even cry and some points. Whether it be from happiness or sadness. This game has and always will have a special place in my heart, and my console.

Nowadays I've got the time and I bought the Handsome Collection after a recommendation from my friend.

All I can say is that this game is absolutely incredible! I am so glad I bought it.

Been playing Borderlands 2 to start with and I am immersed in this beautifully crafted world, it's different regions, and excellent variety of characters, friends and enemies. There is a lot of replay value here as you constantly strive to level up your character and gain access to the best items. Once you are done with one character, hell it's time to start a new one! There are different classes to choose from, each with different strengths/weaknesses and abilities.

There is just so much attention to detail here it's amazing. I love the art style and it gives the game such a unique feel, Also the sound and music is great.

Also this version includes all of the DLC ever released (and there is a lot) which makes this game even better.

My only problem so far is that the online browser doesn't seem to work very well. This is a shame because playing coop with other people really enhances the experience.

All in all though, if you haven't experienced Borderlands before this is a MUST buy, and don't forget you get the Pre-sequel as well as part of the package, so there is literally hours and hours of value here.

All DLC so far. Hundred and hundreds of hours of awesomeness. 12 playable characters. Claptrap. Handsome Jack. Butt Stallion. Guns. A badass RPG campaign. Robots. Guns. Claptrap. All this and much much more for the super special Hyperion discount low low price of €69.99!
Seriously though, this is worth every single centling of the price; you're getting TWO games with heaps of hours between them, additional content worth hundreds more hours and cash, and the appreciation of Handsome Jack (at least that's what he told me... from the grave... somehow...) for the same price you pay for the latest Call of Duty that'll last you maybe a year with hours only put into multiplayer (I kid though). If you haven't already, get off the internet, haul ass to your nearest local game store, request your copy of this collection, pop it into your Xbox One, do... stuff while it downloads, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand ENJOY!!!
(sorry in advance if this isn't helpful, on impulse I try to make any review I make on Borderlands seem humorous.)
In all seriousness, I couldn't ask for a better collection. BL2 and BL:TPS in 1080p and 60fps is my idea of gaming perfection, and unless you're happy with your existing X360 or PS3 or PC copies, definitely give this a whirl, even at full price!

Ps4 have system link in Borderlands, Diablo etc. But of cause MS again wants you to regret buying xbone and they succeed.
