Nov 27, 2013While LocoCycle doesn’t scream next-gen visually, it is a lot of fun to play.
-
Nov 18, 2013Lococycle is as hard to put down as it is hard to love. Even if the comedy scratches your itch, there will be times when the shortage of depth and aversion to polish become impossible to forgive.
-
Dec 30, 2013Lococycle is full of Twisted Pixel’s wacky brand of humour and is animated excellently, but the limited gameplay just holds it back from being a must-have.
-
Nov 18, 2013If you're looking for a weird update to the likes of Road Rash or Carmageddon then LocoCycle is certainly of that mould. Just don't expect the sheen or polish of the developer's older titles.
-
Dec 3, 2013If you’re looking for another game to squeeze your brand new Xbox One this is not your lucky day. You better search somewhere else.
-
Nov 18, 2013The implementation is rushed and slipshod, however, ignoring fundamental problems and expending limited energy on the wrong things. What you're getting for your money feels a little like somebody else's office in-joke: you can sense the well-intentioned laughter, but you can't really join in.
-
Dec 3, 2013LocoCycle is a true turd, one of those games that shouldn't even exists and meanwhile makes the achievement of ripping gamers of 20 euros. Closer to a PS2 game in its graphics, the game is boring, scripted to the max, very short, repetitive and with gameplay that limits itself to spamming three buttons and doing a few QTE when asked. Only a few jokes will make the gamers abused by the ads smile, but the smile will quickly fade away as the scenario unfolds. A new milestone in the hall of shame of videogames has been set on the back of an Xbox One that really did not need that for its launch period.
