    Though it doesn’t exactly put the added power of the PS4 and Xbox One to full use, Payday 2: Crimewave Edition is the best-looking console version of Payday 2 you can get, and the best value on any platform for obtaining its wealth of downloadable content.

    Payday 2 is not without issues on consoles. Patient gamers will undoubtedly spend many hours robbing, shooting and killing hostages. The technical side still requires a bit of work, but hopefully developers will manage to eliminate most of the problems with net code.

    PAYDAY 2: Crimewave Edition has a lot of wasted potential. It's a fun game to play with your friends, but unfortunately the online mode does not work properly, as it contains too many bugs and lag to enjoy the game as you should.

    It’s fun to play the role of the bank robber and assemble a crew of thieves. It's not the greatest game nor the worst, so if you've never experienced any of it, it might be one to try. If you have, then you aren't missing much here, except for maybe a few new cool masks.

Really love the music and the suspense of pulling off a stealthy heist. Been playing a few month on pc back when it was released in 2013 and its great to finally be able to play it with almost all new content added over the years. The dev has recognsed there is a problem but i still believe its unacceptable that the game is released like this.

    I tonight attempted the offline mode as thats the only option available to me and its a complete pile of rubbish, the AI is beyond stupid and its just painfully boring. SELLING THIS GAME TOMORROW. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!    … Expand

Which forces people to play single player, which is godawful. I am very disappointed with this, and the community needs compensation either by a heist or a couple of new guns.
