An epic experience from beginning to end, filled with dark humour, lots of action and most importantly the perfect blend of engrossing story and engaging gameplay. Throw in some sumptuous visuals and atmospheric sounds and you've got one of the best games of 2006 so far.

Killing bad people for money without being noticed is still as enjoyable as ever.

If you're a Hitman fan, Blood Money will make you fall in love all over again, and if you never dipped your toes in 47's particular brand of wetwork yet, the time has never been more ripe. [June 2006, p.74]

A lot of people were disappointed with the last Hitman game. This one's better. Not by much, but it's more user-friendly, has had a slight visual upgrade and the plot and game settings are a big improvement over the lacklustre "Contracts." [June 2006, p.52]

Depth way beyond that of any other action game released this year, sleek presentation and some of the best levels ever created in a video game.
  6. There's nothing radically new here, but it's got the best variety of missions and the best storyline of any of the Hitman titles.
  7. Once you become intimately familiar with the levels, Hitman becomes a lot of fun, and the game is practically made for infinite replayability. The problem is, getting to that point is so messy that it's more confusing than fun.

The controls have been widely improoved and performing various actions now feels streamlined and "right". The graphics too are quite impressive - even with todays standards. But as said, it's the storyline that will keep you comming back to this game... Over a series of extremely well designed assasinations a story of betrayal and plot unfolds in front of you - untill Mr. 47 must face an enemy that will stop at nothing to kill him. Does he make a slick escape? Will he attack this enemy? Or will he die trying? You'll have to play the game to find out. Expand

I kind of have some mixed feelings about this game. I don't think Blood Money was quite as good as Hitman 2, but it was not bad either. I kind of have some mixed feelings about this game. I don't think Blood Money was quite as good as Hitman 2, but it was not bad either. The story was interesting and the surprise ending was done pretty nicely. Graphics, sound, gameplay are all there and give this game greate look and feel. Missions were pretty interesting too, for most part. Some where too short, I thought. All locations are quite memorable too. I only wish this game was somewhat longer. With only 13 missions I finished it in 2 days. Hitman 2 had like a whopping 22, now that was awesome. Still, Hitman Blood Money is a great game that definitely deserves recognition. Expand

The levels are incredibly diverse, from a quiet suburb to the White House, even to retribution at your own funeral, it offers so much. The game is instantly replayable, with Silent Assassin ratings drawing you back into 47's world. The deaths are well laid out, and sometimes elaborate, with various methods of killing ypour target, meaning the levels are never the same. Hitman: Blood Money is a reinvigorating addition to the genre. Expand
