If you've been struggling to find the right deal to give Showtime a try, you've come to the right place. Here you'll find out the current Showtime price, as well as what deals and bundles you can get with the popular channel and streaming service. We'll also help you make sense of Showtime's free trial and the best way to get the lowest monthly price possible.

What is Showtime?

Showtime is a popular streaming service that offers a wide range of on-demand titles, including original movies and shows, from the network of the same name. There is plenty to watch on Showtime. Programs include such acclaimed Showtime series as I Love That For You,Yellowjackets,The Man Who Fell To Earth, and more, as well as a variety of films that change regularly.

Meanwhile, the network also offers limited sports programming and access to Showtime's East and West Coast live broadcasts. As with other streaming services, subscribers can access Showtime from a variety of devices via the Showtime app.

How much does Showtime cost?

A Showtime subscription costs $11/mo. This monthly fee gets you full access to Showtime's online library, along with streaming access to its live broadcasts via the Showtime app. Note that this is a separate service from subscribing to the Showtime channel through your cable provider.

You can subscribe to Showtime via the Showtime website or through various third-party services, such as

, Hulu, Roku Channel, Sling TV, and YouTube TV.

How do I sign up for a Showtime free trial?

Showtime currently offers a 30-day free trial for new subscribers through its website. New users can sign up online or with the Showtime app (on your TV, computer, tablet, or phone). You'll need to put in all your info, including email, name, and billing information, to get access to the free trial. Once your 30 days are up, your subscription will automatically renew at $11/mo. However, you can cancel within the 30-day trial, and your subscription will end with no charge.

Current Showtime deals and bundles

Apart from the 30-day free trial, Showtime also offers a bundle deal with Paramount+ for almost the same price you'd pay for Showtime alone — at $12/mo. If you already subscribe to either of these streaming services, you can simply add the bundle to your existing subscription.

However, if you're new to Showtime, you can try the service free for 30 days. This deal is currently ongoing and does not yet have an expiration date.

What's the value of the Showtime bundle?

The Paramount+ bundle deal is the only bundle currently offered for Showtime, and its price depends on the plan you choose. Paramount+ offers two main subscriptions: Essential and Premium.

The Essential plan (with ads and without your local CBS channel) bundled with Showtime is $12/mo. or $120/yr. The Premium plan (which has limited ads and includes your local CBS channel) bundled with showtime is $15/mo. or $150/yr. This means your biggest savings is bundling both services and paying for a year upfront. However, if you choose the monthly plan, you'll be saving $4/mo. on the Essential plan and $6/mo. on the Premium plan when you bundle the services together.

Please Note: Paramount+ subscribers who have a grandfathered monthly Limited Commercials plan can still add Showtime to their bundle for $15/mo.

Paramount+ is a fairly new streaming service and offers movies and TV shows from CBS, BET, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, and MTV. You can access more than 30,000 episodes and movies on Paramount+, including original titles and channels' back catalogs that aren't easy to find on other streaming services. Combine this with Showtime's wealth of favorite movies, shows, and original titles, and viewers who choose the bundle deal have a vast collection of movies and TV shows at their fingertips.

Showtime free trial

Showtime's 30-day free trial is much longer than many others. Plenty of other services only offer seven days or no trial at all (fuboTV and Hulu + Live TV, for instance). Subscribers should also be aware that if you pick up Showtime through one of those other streaming services, you're limited to their free trial length and not Showtime's.

For example: If you're a

subscriber and you want to add Showtime to your collection, you'll only get Prime Video's seven-day trial.

Is Showtime worth it?

If you've been considering Showtime, your best first step is to do the 30-day free trial. It gives you plenty of time to check out the library of shows and movies, so you have a better idea if it's worth it for you.

If you enjoy your experience, it's worth considering adding Paramount+ for just $1/mo. This way, you have access to even more titles with the best deal for both services.
