Alice in Borderland is bloody, violent, and sometimes stingy with narrative facts. But it revels in making or breaking the rules it’s created for its topsyturvy world, and the core characters are compelling and fully rendered.
Alice in Borderland is an incredible TV series that deserves all the praise it gets. I first watched the show out of curiosity, but I was immediately hooked by the premise, characters, and overall execution. The story is gripping and intense, with each episode leaving me on the edge of my seat, eager to know what happens next.
The acting is superb, with each character bringing depth and nuance to their roles. The chemistry between the cast is palpable, making the relationships and interactions feel authentic and natural. The cinematography and special effects are also top-notch, adding to the immersive and thrilling experience of the show.
I loved Alice in Borderland so much that I watched it three times. It's a rare gem that manages to blend action, suspense, and character development in a way that keeps you invested from start to finish. I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for a fresh, innovative take on the survival game genre. Alice in Borderland gets a perfect 10/10 from me!
This is the best thing i have ever watched. The characters are fantastic, the action get's better and better the series goes on. Both seasons are very great but s2 is a bit better than s1 overall. They amp it up with life philosophy, sad character moments and the games are even smarter. The show dares to take risks and they all pay off. Before watching this i never cried during a serie/movie before. Watching this serie i cried 5 times and 3 times in the last episode of s2 alone. It is a beautiful ending after a depressive endgame. The reason everything works so well is because all characters have been fleshed out greatly, showing their past and why they have a will to live. This works greatly in it's favour because once something happens to a character you feel with them and possibly cry yourself. The amazing writing also takes part on why this series is so great. It's slow but smart and thought provoking.
Everyone who works on this project deserves full credit because what they made is beyond what i thought off that existed. The fact that it got so less reviews on here shows how underrated it really is. I don't want to compare it to squid games but if we have to compare the pure quality of both series, alice in borderlands is waaay better. Just watch this pls.
Pacing was a little off, but they didn’t have time like in the manga, so I won’t over critique it. The story and characters are fantastic and it’s worth a watch.
