Despite some problems which are just part of the genre, Cave Digger is a very entertaining game that is very exploration focused.
Overall, I’d say this is a game that should have stayed on VR. There’s some decent fun here, but the act of controlling it with a keyboard and mouse is just not satisfying. It felt like I was trying to play with one hand tied behind my back, when I wasn’t fighting the system to get my tools to land where I wanted them to.

Summary Cave Digger is a mining adventure game, which takes place in a small town of an alternative Western universe full of mystery, dark humor and full of experimental tools for the brave miners. Outside of the saloon, a town in ruin awaits its savior! Fix the train to enter the mines and dig deeper than any miner before you.
