    Respawn combined their prowess in the FPS genre with the good parts of the first Titanfall, greatly improved upon them and released a monumental online shooter, re-defining the genre yet again. The non-stop action of the multiplayer matches is unparalleled, while the Campaign is cinematic, stirs emotion and the only downside is its short duration. Lest we forget, all future multiplayer maps will be free for everyone, keeping the community unified and not splitting it, like we were used to with all the Season Passes that came before.

    Titalfall 2 is exactly what we wanted two years ago: a full game that is very entertaining and offers the interesting addition of Titans. The singleplayer is short but sweet and the multiplayer is even better than in the excellent first Titanfall.

    The first Titanfall is a solid execution on a great idea. Titanfall 2 feels much closer to reaching that idea's full potential. It's clear that Respawn labored over every tiny detail, from the powerful sound of each gunshot to the convincing sense of weight present in every titan step. The level of effort pays off tremendously, creating a shooter that can compete with the stiffest competition. It's too bad the campaign never comes close to the overall level of quality that some of its best ideas hint at, but the multiplayer will likely keep you happy until Respawn decides it's time for a much deserved third entry.

The community is not toxic and the game is really balanced (except TONE). I haven't encountered any bugs/glitches and I rarely get high ping. Overall awesome game and I highly suggest everyone to buy it, it's worth every penny.… Expand

    This games a breath of fresh air in a a very stale FPS market. (anyone else over COD ?)
    the FPS combat and added Warrior style game play make for a lot of multiplayer fun.

    The Single player campaign adds character to the game and some decent lore and will interest those whom don't like Multiplayer something new and interesting to play ;) (hopefully more single player missions can be added in the future)
    Multiplayer's a heap of fun!.
    you'll need to learn more strategies to survive as a grunt on the ground AND as a Pilot while switching between based on your game play.
    a lot of customization of player and robot make this interesting and potentially long term Multiplayer game.

    hopefully Titanfall 1 didn't do to much damage and more will give this a go. well worth it.!    … Expand

    TF2 is an engaging shooter in a world of crowded FPS Shooters. I currently own Gears 4, BF1 and TF2 and TF2 has me the most excited to play onTF2 is an engaging shooter in a world of crowded FPS Shooters. I currently own Gears 4, BF1 and TF2 and TF2 has me the most excited to play on a daily basis. All 3 games are great, but TF2 excels at keeping you wanting more.

    The Campaign is fun and finally flushes out some story and much needed background to Titanfall (which was sorely lacking in the first version of this IP) The multiplayer brings me back to the glory days of CoD 4: Modern Warfare... The game that opened the genre to the masses. Modern Warfare was fresh and engaging and had you hooked from the first time you played. TF 2 captures much of that same feeling.

    You are able to flush out both your Pilot and Titan to fit exactly your play style, with custom tweaks you can do to their appearance and abilities. Advancement comes relatively easily, and unique features like "Happy Hour" allows you to advance that much quicker. The game is also set up to encourage you to level different class builds. Merits (The games system, of experience) come quicker in low level builds, and the ability to advance the level of your pilot, titan, individual skills and weapons really keeps you engrossed. I find TF2 to be much like playing golf. Even if you aren't very good, you get that round that reminds you why you enjoy playing in the first place.

    It is not perfect, but ever since the first Modern Warfare, nothing has quite come as close to a unique and engaging experience to CoD4: Modern Warfare like TF2 has for me. Try it out. It is currently being overshadowed by titles like Battlefield 1 (a great game as well... I would rate it an 8 out of 10) and the next release of CoD: Infinite Warfare (which so far based on early reviews appears to me more of the same)

    Titanfall does not have the brand recognition of CoD, but it has a superior pedigree IMHO.    … Expand
