So if you need to shed a few pounds and don't have the cash to pay significantly more for other fitness games on the market, then Fit in Six for the PS3 might just be right up your alley.

Positives:
1. PS Eye integration is great. Having a display of yourself really helps in matching your virtual instructor. It's almost like your own mirror in the private gym of your house.
2. I love being able to use my own tunes to work out as well. It really does add something when it's music you enjoy anyway as the music in the game can be quite repetitive sometimes. 3. I was amazed at how physical it was. I was definitely sweating and panting after 4 or 5 exercises. I would recommend this to anyone with a PS3 who wants to get into shape. 4. It's low entry price is awesome($20). I would have payed $40 to $60 for a game of this breadth and caliber 5. Ability to add workouts via DLC, is awesome and doesn't feel like I'm being nickled and dimed as the game was rather inexpensive and content filled to begin with.
6. The ability to set and keep track of your fitness goal and progress definitely make it a winner and give a sense of accomplishment.
Negatives: 1. I was a little disappointed by the move controller integration. It doesn't really add much to most exercises, but I felt having my own little mirror in the camera more than makes up for it as holding a controller would be cumbersome for most exercises anyway
2. It doesn't exactly tell you what to do as in building a regiment auto-magically but choosing exercises with the same icons it shows on your goal and filling those bars with fitness points seems to keep me on track well enough. I just know lots of people cave under the freedom of choice though for me it's no issue.
Closing:
I don't have any real nitpicks with the game. I can't wait to play more. It feels nice to be sore like this and I really see it helping my overall fitness levels. This comes highly recommended especially for those looking for something on PS3 to help them with their fitness goals. Being uber cheap only helps.

Wow...this game's amazing !!!! I'm a fitness expert and a tennis player. This game is the best in the market. Beautiful graphics, lots of variety of exercises, great implementation of the Move! Try it!!! It's a fun but professional workout!!!

The best fitness title for the ps3 so far, and I've tried all of them.
The premise is there are 6 areas of fitness: aerobic, balance, flexability, upper/core/lower body strength.
Depending on the fitness goal you choose (e.g. lose weight, body awareness, toning, etc) you are given a number of 'points' to collect in each area, daily and overall. There are many different workouts to select from, each one giving a certain number of points for each area, so there are many ways to reach your assigned points for your goal.
The workouts are perfectly designed, targetting exactly what they are supposed to at different intensities. The ps eye shows you what you're doing (in case you don't have a full length mirror in your living room) which is great. Some of the workouts support the ps move insofar as the virtual trainer has a light trail coming from one hand and a light trail is displayed coming from your move controller on the ps eye picture. This is surprisingly effective, as it is reassuring to see the two light trails making the same pattern.
The only reason I wouldn't give this title a 10 is the voice-over. You can adjust it to some degree, but it often just feels random, weird, and unhelpful. It's easy to ignore though.

I don't have a move controller and I'm not a fitness guru. In fact I'm way out of shape. My wife picked this "game" up three weeks ago and we've been using it five times a week since. It's fun and we feel great, if a little sore (in a good way). The workouts cover a wide variety of exercises and I feel like I'm getting a way better workout than just doing it on my own. You can use the move and/or the eye with it to see how you're doing, but who wants to see their flab bouncing around the living room? Maybe when I get into a little better shape I'll try the move with it.
There is a wide variety of individual workouts that focus on one to three(~ish) aspects of your fitness from cardio, balance, upper body, core, lower body, and flexibility. You select a goal (ie. strong back, shape your body, healthy heart, etc.) from a preset list and the game selects the most appropriate workouts for that goal and puts them in a "my goals" section. You can then choose to work out with one of those workouts (they all have some aspect that works toward your goal) or choose to work out with any of the other workouts in the game.
Once you've done several workouts and met your short term goal the system lets you choose another (it can be the same goal or a different one).
The variety in the level of difficulty is quite good. There are workouts that are both challenging and feel good to someone like me (less fit) and there are some that I'm sure would be challenging to a more fit individual (haven't tried those). Each workout tells you what areas of your fitness it works on, the duration of the workout, and gives you an idea of the difficulty of the exercises in it. Each workout is separate from the others too, so you can work out for three minutes or two hours, depending on your schedule (and motivation).
There is also a feature that lets you listen to your own music while working out, which is nice.
The one thing that I was a little disappointed about is the fact that I couldn't find any basic tutorial on how to do some of the dance moves. My body does NOT naturally move like that instructor's does.
Overall I think this is a great fitness program. It's fun, easy to use, challenging, and convenient.
I'd give it a ten if it weren't for the lack of most basic instruction.

I did some research on "exercise games" and I found an unbiased website where a fitness instructor tried out 6 different fitness games. And she ranked this one as the best. So I bought it and I'm liking it a lot. There are many many different types of exercises that focus different things. Everything from yoga to muscle building....everything from Salsa dancing to kickboxing. My only complaint is that the game doesn't give you a proper schedule to follow. Like how many hours a day to exercise. But it does have a calender which keeps track of what you've done in the past.
