Sure, it feels like a suped-up version of last year's title here and there, but there's nothing wrong with that when the game is this much fun.

Although there are some strange presentation issues and lots of loading screens, Smackdown vs. Raw 2011 is another successful iteration of the long-running franchise on a Nintendo console.

Fun story modes, glitches, excellent creation options, terrible sound design, and an enjoyable-though nowhere near perfect-WWE Universe all combine to create one thing: a mixed bag of a wrestling game.

Controls have been streamlined, but the game engine is due a massive overhaul. [Issue#56, p.54]

No motion detection for this year's edition of WWE Smackdown vs. Raw for the Nintendo Wii. The game is a simple PS2 port with standard controls, a lot of contents but the same, old, slow, cumbersome gameplay.

La fórmula pedían cambios urgentes y ellos vinieron con wwe 12, si bien este último smackdown vs raw seguía siendo notable como los anteriores.

There is a larger Hell In A Cell, new Backstage areas, and more. The new Match Creator is awesome; you can create your own match. However, if you wanted to have a Six-Man Steel Cage match, it can't happen. Instead, it will be a Battle Royal by default. This game has awesome improvements. There is a new WWE Universe mode, where you can wrestle on each show and pay-per-view, but what I hate about is that I want to have awesome action, but in the end, either a team will end or someone will turn heel or face (maybe some people want to make the rivalries and teams like it is today). Though, one thing that THQ needs to work on, is the AI. In an inter-gender match (woman as manager), the male AI wrestling may take his eyes off of the opponent and turn to the female manager, and attack her, resulting in a DQ (Iron Man in Match Creator). This game is great, but a player's experience is less than half of what an Xbox 360 and PS3 player would experience. There is no internet gameplay, Xbox 360 and PS3 players can throw chairs, lean ladders, etc. and Wii players can't. It's irritating when one or two people are on a ladder in a Money In A Bank match and it zooms out to where you can barely see anything. Expand
