This is an instant classic in my eyes.

White Night surprised us with a very classic survival horror experience, combined with a great visual style and good noir story. Despite of some difficulty and controls problems, it's a very recommended buy for genre lovers.

White Night is a very good surprise as the french game offers an experience that reminds of a good thriller novel. With its black & white graphics and the strong issues of the post 1930 USA, the games earns its own identity. And it does so with high praises.

If not for the unique film noir storytelling combined with a stylized black and white look, White Night could have been one of the more forgettable survival horror games of 2015. Unfair enemies and camera issues dampens an experience which otherwise should have been much better than the sum of its parts.

Sadly, the good game you can imagine is stuck lurking in the shadows of the game it became.

A tad more polish would have seen this become a real benchmark for the genre, but a number of missed steps mean that it will likely just fade into the darkness.

La historia, pasadas unas 3 horas de juego, ya es un poco previsible. Gran apartado artistico original. Un buen juego para inicierse en el survival horror, al tener una baja dificultad y al ser corto. Expand

I shaved a couple of points off for the frustration that some of the save points caused me, I did a lot of swearing and threatening to throw my controller through my t.v. but we both survived. The atmosphere, the music, the story and the art design are very special and beautiful. The game is fun to play most of the time but there are those moments that make you promise the developer you are going to give him a bad review but you just can't stay mad at this kind of game. A unique game is rare and must be rewarded. The achievements are clever and the game can be enjoyed more than once to get some of them so there is some replay here but for the most part once or twice is really all you will need. I am glad I bought this game. It lived up to my expectations for a film noir experience with atmosphere and some fun puzzles. Expand
