Sean decides to undergo surgery and replace his face with Castor's so that he can disguise himself to get answers from Castor's brother about past secrets. When Castor wakes up from a coma, he retaliates and transforms into Sean — and what's worse is that Castor starts living with Sean's family. Face/Off is an action-packed film, but you do have to suspend disbelief to accept these plot points.
