Mario Golf Super Rush is a game with effective gameplay, as demanding as it is accessible, and which offers a beautiful experience to all golf lovers. The Speed Golf mode is a success, and it brings a real dynamism to the game. Nevertheless, the solo mode is less generous than we would have hoped for and a little too dirigiste. It is a game that will not mark the minds despite its qualities because it remains a little too classic

Ratchet And Clank Rift Apart is an excellent game, very fun and sets the bar very high. With a nervous and devilishly effective gameplay and its sublime and bluffing universe of life, it is undoubtedly the one we were waiting for. The breathtaking rhythm between each stunning cinematic. A video game that offers the perfect blend between a Pixar and pure Ratchet. Too bad that Rivet does not come out more in its gameplay because it is a superb character.

Biomutant offers real freedom but that does not manage to give you the feeling of embarking on a great journey. The RPG component is very satisfying with many elements to improve our hero, and the mutations are really cool but the gameplay is a bit soft and the overall experience lacks density and finish and it feels a bit hollow under this colorful packaging. A nice game but it lacks scope.

Resident Evil Village is truly the spiritual son of Resident Evil 4 and 7! This theme park of horror perfectly mixes horror and action and offers an extremely neat universe: the atmosphere is heavy, the bestiary generous, the casting is perfect and the puzzles bring a real cachet to one of the scariest Survival Horror I’ve been able to play in a long time. Unfortunately, the link with the series is not more exploited. Nevertheless, despite a less-inspired last part, what we have here the best Resident Evil since Resident Evil 4.

It Takes Two is an incredible game thanks to its ingenious and addictive gameplay and its fresh and neat universe. Josef Fares has a real gift for offering experiences in successful cooperation but here he sets the bar very high with a multitude of brilliant ideas at the heart of a touching and well-told story. A must to share without moderation!

Monster Hunter Rise is a good Monster Hunter combining all the good ingredients of the license with a nice novelty: the Filoptères. These offer verticality and true dynamism to the gameplay with new possibilities. Everything seems faster, from harvesting to moving thanks to the Chumsky. The sets, the atmosphere, also contributes greatly to the quality of the overall experience, and if it is not a sometimes-capricious camera and some quests that get a little repetitive, we cannot blame the Capcom title much.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser Fury is pure pleasure, old with new for a recipe that works wonderfully well: the gameplay is still as efficient, ingenious and the small novelties make the experience much more enjoyable and current. Full carton for this fanfare return.

n short, we find ourselves facing a real nightmare, in a neat universe where good ideas surf on reflection, perseverance and especially on a lot of pleasure. But who says pleasure also says frustration: sometimes, the difficulty is too full in the sense that the enemies too easily manage to catch you which can very quickly seriously annoy. Other small concerns of prospects can also spoil this pleasure at certain times and one could also add in the list of defects that some passages are too short and the or good ideas are not sufficiently exploited or deepened or on the contrary are repeated a little. Nevertheless Little Nightmares 2 offers a very neat universe, oppressing to the possible and its gameplay is very effective.

In short, The Medium is a good game with a well-told scenario, tortured and complex characters and its dual reality system is original: the whole is very cinematographic and the relationship to death is well treated. However the gameplay, although charming, is dated which makes that pleasure is a bit wasted. Finally, even if we have a good time, Bloober Team's game is not memorable once finished.

Hitman 3 is a worthy successor to its predecessors, much more beautiful and current. The multiple possibilities and the freedom of action at the heart of the various beautiful environments make the game an extremely pleasant journey.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an incredible game both in its universe and its mastered narration. Its scenario and the characters are perfectly written and one is immersed as rarely in an emptied game and this despite many bugs to be solved without delay. The progression of the character, the dialogue and the RPG aspect far outweigh the other facets of the game which, without being perfect, are nevertheless effective. CD Projekt Red’s title has a crazy identity and it is an unforgettable experience.

Immortals Fenyx Rising does not manage to have the superb gameplay of Assassin’s Creed and the magic of a Zelda: it is in between. Its gameplay is effective, and its puzzles very well thought out and with its humor and its enchanting universe to the charming artistic direction it manages to retain the player but it misses this little something to make a great game that we will not forget because it lacks depth.

Godfall is a game that features nervous gameplay and an extremely satisfying progression system. It is also sumptuous. Nevertheless, it does not cover much ground and it quickly becomes a repetitive game. In addition, it has technical problems namely frequent falls of framerates which considerably spoil the experience. Too bad!

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is a good game and remains in line with the previous ones with the addition of only a few new features in the combat system besides the colony that brings a very nice RPG touch. Moreover, the return of the secret blade and infiltration possibilities add to the interest of the gameplay. However, despite a neat atmosphere and a story that holds in breath, the game remains quite classic in its mechanics. In addition, some visual details are a bit old: the faces in particular are still sorely lacking in life even if an effort has been made on this side, not to mention perfectible AI… A good Assassin’s Creed but one which would have benefited by more risk-taking.

Spider-man Miles Morales is an excellent game, with nervous and frantic gameplay thanks to the new Miles powers associated with the DuaSense technology. The scenario is controlled, the characters have relief, with what it takes surprises and reversals even if we can expect some things. Failing to have the dimension of its predecessor Miles Morales impresses with its graphics and has an identity of his own. A real success.

Astro’s Playroom is a smart game that offers rich and varied universes and gameplay full of relief! The functions of the DualSense add a true depth to the experience that proves to go far beyond what one imagines. In addition, the title offers nice replayability thanks to all the secrets and hidden artifacts without forgetting the time trial. A dive into the enjoyable and refreshing next gen.

Little Hope is a good scary game and it seduces with its narration and its very cool atmosphere. The story is interesting, and we take pleasure in being afraid throughout the game. Nevertheless, it suffers from a few faults, such as a little too rigid movement and some stifling camera angles. Moreover, the fact that the choices are somewhat illusory removes interest from the experience. Regardless, we are afraid throughout and that’s what we’re looking for.

Watch Dogs Legion is a very good game with which you don’t get bored! The ability to recruit an infinite number of characters with different abilities is enjoyable and the universe and neat, whether it is the story or the characters. This episode, without being a revolution, separates itself from the two previous ones and offers a fun experience that we do not want to let go. A single desire: to play to recruit activists, to hack a thousand systems and to liberate London.

Crash Bandicoot 4: it’s About Time is pure happiness. Authentic in its gameplay with many new possibilities, always full-bodied, even more beautiful and colorful than the previous episodes, the game from Toys For Bob blows a wind of irresistible freshness on this end of generation that is embellished. A combination of old and ingenious, once again this Crash Bandicoot is a great cocktail!

Mafia definitive Edition is a good remake. Visually, the game is sublime and the few small additions, especially concerning the driving are appreciable. If this 2020 version suffers from a lot of technical problems and cannot completely hide that the original game is 18 years old, the quality of writing and the mafia atmosphere offer a great moment of immersion in the underworld.

WindBound is a nice game, offering a pleasant mystical adventure with a good craft system and an artistic direction that is neat but too repetitive despite good ideas, most borrowed from Zelda Breath of The Wild by the way. The game has a potential that it cannot exploit - it does not go far enough.

Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions is a good football game, accessible but not devoid of some subtleties of gameplay that will please the most accustomed. Beyond the Versus and online modes, the nostalgics will be happy to relive the adventures of Tsubasa faithfully traced while the New Heros mode is generous and pushes to chain the matches at the heart of an original story. There are still AI problems in the field that are relatively annoying and things can get repetitive. Overall satisfying.

Paper Mario: The Origami King is an adorable adventure, a breath of fresh rhythm on Nintendo Switch. The artistic direction, the well thought-out fighting system, the puzzles that require a reading of the environment and the atmosphere through the many sets make this game a real fun video candy-filled with humor and secrets, and very good experience.

Finally, even with its flaws (camera, perfectible AI, not very original screenplay...) Ghost of Tsushima takes you away. Its system of character evolution and its enjoyable gameplay make it a good experience, but it’s above all its highly elegant atmosphere that makes it the game, with details of absolute finesse and very cinematic sequences. The world offered to the player is a breathtaking beauty and one that yields an indescribable pleasure to roam. A sublime Haiku that feels like a graceful breeze around you after finishing it... Good Job Sucker Punch!

We wondered if The Last of Us 2 would manage to surpass the giant The Last of Us. It’s done, no problem! Powerful, visceral, this follow-up highlights the talents of Naughty Dog who tell a strong, deeply human story with real meaning. Beyond masterful gameplay and the sublime universe of the game, the player is pushed into his entrenchments, facing himself, with rage in the belly, tears in the eyes and head upside down. Simply a masterpiece!

Maneater is a good blow-off, really fun and very pleasant to take in hand. The game from Tripwire Interactive does not take itself seriously and offers a good dose of black humor and satisfying activities. The evolution system of the shark works perfectly. Nevertheless, the game quickly becomes repetitive and its lifespan lacks generosity. Too bad because it is really nice!

Gears Tactics is a very good mix OF action and strategy: we find the DNA and atmosphere of the Gears series and the quality of XCOM with all the strategic dimension that goes with it. The system of progression of soldiers is very satisfying and the story, even if it remains classic, makes you want to go to the end, with very beautiful cinematics of which it is full. A very nice surprise.

Final fantasy 7 Remake is a superb rereading of the 1997 game that it surpasses visually but also in terms of narration. Very respectful of the original material, it brings an impressive dimension with its gigantic decors, its new combat system and its even more endearing characters. Some sequences are a bit repetitive, but in the end it is an a timeless story that we are happy to rediscover in its best light. And even if it can’t be as cult as the original, it will permanently mark the spirits. I'm waiting for more!

The remake of Resident Evil 3 imposes a real rhythm and will keep your blood pressure monitor to the maximum throughout the adventure. If the episode from 1999 was already much more action-oriented than its predecessors, here we go even further... The game offers an intense horrific experience; however, it is really very short, it lacks a big part of the original game, and the puzzles that make the DNA of the saga are rare or even completely absent. Besides, there are no real surprises or even bad ones... Beyond the visuals that dazzle the eyes and a Nemesis at the top of its form, we would have appreciated more risk-taking. It's a good survival horror game, but it won’t gain a cult following like the original did.
