Excellent party game, similar to Balderdash with extremely easy to use controls, even non-gamers will have a blast. Players each use their phone or tablet as the controller, which is excellent for non-gamers because it's a controller they're comfortable with. Users then go to a URL on their phone, enter a 4-digit room code, and play. There is no registration, sign up or other annoying delay between accessing the URL and playing.
The game works like this: All players enter in answer to the same obscure question. Those answers are then shown in a list with the correct answer. Each user then selects what they believe is the correct answer from the list. Points are awarded for answering correctly, and even more points are awarded if your answer is what other's picked as their answer. There are 7 rounds so each game lasts about 10 mins.
It's very simple, fun and easy to play. Highly recommend for small parties and people who are not seasoned gamers.
For the price paid, this game is awesome. I've only played it with me and my wife but I can only imagine how much fun it will be with more people. I hope they keep supporting it by adding questions because we will be playing for a long time.
Great fun for gatherings of 4 or more, especially for the cheap price tag. Fooling and lying to your friends has never been so fun and you really get to know the people you are playing with as the answers get more outrageous. A must have for the person that enjoys having people over. The only drawbacks to this game is that you rely on an internet connected device (cell phone, tablet, ect) to play and after so many rounds you may not have enough chargers to keep everyone playing, but also that there is a lot of content in this game but after you've played so many times (around 20 short rounds or so) with the same group of people you notice that the questions begin to repeat often. This game would be perfect if they were to release a content/question add-on pack at a comparably cheap price!
Fibbage is a very fun party game. It's a great way to mess with your friends and have a good time. But that's all it is, a party game. I feel like they should have included a way for someone to play without having to have another human play with them. Another small complaint is that I run into a lot of the same prompts. After playing a handful of times you will have seen most (if not all) of the prompts in the game. But for under 10$ you can't expect a ton of content. All in all, the game is worth the **** long as you have a few friends.
One of the best party games I've ever played! I like it better than You Don't Know Jack and love the new implementation of using cellphones and tablets as controllers. Also love that you can play with up to 8 players. I would have given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the lack of questions. After about a few hours of playing, I had gone through all the questions. If it had more questions, it would definitely be one of my favorite games ever. I hope more developers make awesome party games like this one!
SummaryFibbage is the studio’s newest, humor-laden trivia party game. The game challenges players to fool their friends with lies, avoid selecting their friends’ lies, and find the (usually zany) truths to some very unusual facts.
