  1. I am addicted to this game. I can’t stop playing mission after mission. The strategy is fun, and the graphics make it visually stimulating.
  2. While nothing amazing or mind blowing, Panzer Claws is a well conceived game that blends a bit more realism into the mix.

The game doesn't do anything that is particularly special even if it has most of the bases covered.
  4. Unfortunately, Panzer Claws' skirmish mode doesn't offer much in the way of new thrills, and to date [11/26/02] there are hardly any players playing the game online.

It is a decent effort to bring the RTS setting to the battlefields of Europe during World War II, yet it doesn't compare to such similar themed titles as "Combat Mission" or "Close Combat."

The only time the game comes close to evoking WWII is in the cleverly done faux-newsreel footage that is a backdrop to the game credits. [Mar 2003, p.104]

Considering that the AI seems modeled after a hybrid of suicidal human wave tactics and bumper cars, it's hard to make any sense out of whatever paper/rock/scissors system Zuxxez was trying to create in the name of historical authenticity. [Mar 2003, p.81]

It is true, you have to really understand WW2 to get alot out of this game. PLEASE PEOPLE THINK BEFORE RATING. The only reason it's a 9 is becuase the AI is sometimes stupid.(e.g sending waves of soldirs into my mg's.) All in all this is a very underapriciated, solid game Expand

It also has great variety of different units that allow combined armed forces to be employed efficiently, and organizing these units are made easy. Drawbacks include inaccurate hit points on units and cpu tactical and strategic doctrines compared to real live battles. Expand
