With both of the previous games and bonus content, it's a great value and it'll provide hours of entertainment. LSW veterans, however, might not want to dive in so soon, however, as you've played most of this game already.
  2. Very few Star Wars games are this good.

When all is said and done LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Sage is a fantastic game that deserves to be played by everyone. It is easily accessible, truly addictive, and loaded with tons of content to warrant the $50 price tag.
  4. The game offers such depth of not only styles of play, but also longevity: on your first play, some sections will be unavailable until you've unlocked the required characters; bonus levels open up on successful completion of each episode; and there's the multi-player shenanigans to become embroiled in. It's not only the complete saga, it's the complete package.

Terrific games, but TCS is pointless if you've played them before. BUt it you haven't, get it. [Christmas 2007, p.66]
  6. Despite all of these cool minor additions, the core gameplay feels mostly like one big retread. With all of the great new games coming out this holiday, it’s hard to justify replaying this series. For diehard fans, however, this is the definitive LEGO Star Wars game.

It seems that for every minor flaw that can be raised against LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, the game has a positive point to counter it.

I have never played the previous versions of this game so i can honestly tell you that this game is very fun despite those critics who I have never played the previous versions of this game so i can honestly tell you that this game is very fun despite those critics who expected alot of extras in the ps3 version. The level design is fun, the characters are lovable and graphics are fantastic. How good can graphics get when u have blocky lego characters? Just look at the scenery. It looks great in HD especially the area with the shiny marble floors. This is a thinking persons game rather than one who needs cat-like reflexes to beat the enemies. With virtually no defense, you will die plenty of times but you wont throw your controller in disgust because you respawn right where you left off. The storyline is great. It basically follows the storyline of the movie. I highly recommend this game to anyone who has never played it before whether a starwars fan or not. Great gameplay is universal. Expand

TheLego Star Wars the complete saga revisits Ep1 to Ep 6 in Lego style. It has humor action puzzle solving and frustrating vehicle levels. The character selection is suburb, but most of them have the same powers. The levels still feel like a realistic world with lego characters it’s a shame really. This game also has a nice hub world really small but an alright hub era for an old game. It has some extra levels which are really neat. Overall this game is fun but all of the vehicle suck, and it’s sad because Star Wars is all about flying **** (4/5 Amazing Should Totally Give It A Try) Expand

Quite possibly the worst game i have ever played. The camera views are horrible (not allowing you to see what is shooting at you). The Quite possibly the worst game i have ever played. The camera views are horrible (not allowing you to see what is shooting at you). The additional characters that are supposed to be helping you get in the way as you are trying to maneuver througout the game and just stand and watch as you have to do everything. Granted I have only played through the first three or four stages, but I do not see myself playing through the rest. Expand
