This episode has a good flow and tempo, with lots of visually appealing cutscenes and action to break up the story, and while it reaches the end without feeling rushed, the cliffhanger feels a bit out of place.

Under Pressure takes a more serious tone than Tangled Up In Blue and it has far less jokey dialogue options. The Rocket backstory alone makes this episode stand out over the first and the mystery of the Eternity Forge now has me hooked. Couple the improved storytelling with some refreshing cameos and Under Pressure really does a great job of setting the table for the rest of this Telltale adventure. I could use a bit more Groot (who doesn’t love Groot?) but besides that I’m satisfied with Under Pressure and eager to see where they go with Episode 3.

Telltale's second episode of Guardians of the Galaxy tells a more personal story, while giving the main characters some more depth. The episode is not as action-packed as the last one, but overall it’s a nice addition to the season.

Again, a great episode on the narrative side, but the technical limitations are playable shortcomings are getting hard to ignore.

Under Pressure chooses the way of introspection and shows some Guardians' soul to the player, but the main storyline is practically frozen and there are way too many QTEs to deal with.

“Under Pressure” redeems one character, but raises questions about whether some of the series’ problems are too well ingrained to be fixed in further episodes.

The sight gags and deadpanning from the crew are nowhere to be found, leaving the burden of engagement squarely on the shoulders of a featherweight story which simply does not do enough to carry it. As such, the next episode will prove to be pivotal — both in terms of shaping the series’ arc, and in confirming whether this spin-off was worth Telltale’s investment in the first place.

I dunno. This one felt stale. Like none of my choices actually matter. Also, the story feels dragging instead of moving forward. Yeah, RocketI dunno. This one felt stale. Still, I didn't laugh or enjoy gameplay during this one that much. Expand

Incredibly bland and boring. The humor is bad and cringey, every joke falls flat on its ass. The animations are probably the worst TelltaleIncredibly bland and boring. The humor is bad and cringey, every joke falls flat on its ass. The animations are probably the worst Telltale has done to date and the graphics look straight out of a PS2 game. The villain isn't even interesting and the voice actress makes me take the villain even less serious. Expand
