The loop of crafting new gear, finding new locations, and crafting slightly new gear gets tiresome eventually, but the story and exploration is just enough to keep you going to see this quest to its end.

Based on the developer name I went in assuming the writing would include top notch humor and I wasn’t disappointed. The dialogue between Flux and Juicebox is well written and a wonderful reward for completing tasks. As long as you don’t mind the slower pace and simplistic combat, Crashlands is a fun way to help a space trucker reach retirement.

Crashlands defies some of the survival genre laws, and offers a more dynamic gameplay, more inviting world and more space in your inventory. Or should I say - infinite space! Yet, world feels quite linear which lowers the final score. But this still remains a different survival game, that changed the rules and should not be skipped, if you are into the genre.

Crashlands is a great ARPG experience. The simple crafting and fighting mechanics is easy enough for anyone to understand. I think the humorCrashlands is a great ARPG experience. The simple crafting and fighting mechanics is easy enough for anyone to understand. I think the humor is great. With tons of funny puns and jokes sprinkled here and there. The quests you can do is also fun. With a great variety of quests to do. If you have played survival or ARPGs before, I definitely recommend picking this up. Full Review »
