If you are looking for a hard, side-scrolling slash ‘em up then you’ll probably be best off with Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection. If you must mix that with a cyberpunk flavour, then Whisper Trip is okay for a short blast, but extended play will show more than a few weaknesses.

Summary Whisper Trip is a fast cooperative action side-scroller with a touch of cyberpunk. You're a newly recruited TPF agent. Who just learned that TPF stands for Tactical Police Force an anti-terrorist squad with an obvious mission to eliminate criminal groups... Katanas... Who does not like those curved blades? Especially the thermal katanas...
