Because it's made by people who understand the importance of a clever script and want their audience to have fun, Lazer Team may just prove to be 2016's most entertaining superhero movie.

All the people who gave this movie a low score have NO idea what makes a good movie and those reviews are invalid. don't even look at them. this movie was amazing. a great mix of comedy and action. the writing was brilliant and the people were cast perfectly for the rolls. such an amazing film.

Lazer Team is a movie that will make you laugh every minute and will entertain you the whole way through. If you aren't a Rooster Teeth fan you might not like it as much but will still make you laugh for the most part.

While Lazer Team might not be the most original of sci-fi comedies, it possesses the kind of self awareness — and unabashed love of genre that other films try to pass off as “homage” or “ironic referencing” — that make it quite impossible not to root for it to succeed.

A few bright moments aside, these annoying characters don't grow on us anywhere near as much as the filmmakers expect them to, and the shoestring-budget FX work, which would be more than good enough in a film buoyed by some wit, just underlines the movie's pedestrian qualities.

Lazer Team is a movie that sets out to do two things: make you laugh, and to entertain you. The movie may not win awards for best acting or script but it doesn't need to do that to make you enjoy the film. It's purely a fun movie for the sake of fun. So if you hate fun, don't bother watching it.

The movie is watchable and has some good ideas. It's not something you have to see, but it's alright. The sequel is not as enjoyable as this one so don't bother with watching that movie if you like this movie.

This was really bad, none of the characters are likable and it's not really a funny movie. I get what the background of the crowdfunding for this movie was but overall I didn't think it was good. I'd rather watch red vs blue.

Pretty terrible movie with a few solid jokes. This movie seemed like the internet ate a bunch of other comedy sci-fi films and then crapped out something worse, where the sum of the parts is worse than the parts, and the parts are mostly crappy too. But, you could watch it for the three or four funny jokes. Why not.
