Let's Kill Ward's Wife gets by on the casual charms and deft timing of its appealing cast until the midpoint, when the film's pacing and narrative structure take a hit — and never quite recover.

The plot was silly and a little unrealistic, but the acting was very good, the movie was funny, the cinematography was good and it was well made. It was just pure fun.

It's half baked affair, one that really should have worked. Patrick Wilson gives an entertaining performance, but the others look so horrified to even act mediocre. The comedy is an okay factor, the story is half baked and the whole movie fails on its premise to be a good black comedy. Some brilliant writing aside, Lets Kill Ward's Wife is a rental at its best.
