The movie too often plays like a regional theater production of “Goodfellas,” marred by some hammy dark comedy and off-the-rack tough-guy dialogue. The passion of the people behind this project is evident, and appreciated.
DeNucci has a good sense for period detail, costuming and accessorizing the cast with a color palette ranging from earthy yellow through fashionable beige to muddy brown. Stylistically though, the film doesn’t have much in common with its most distinctive progenitors, missing an opportunity to recreate an authentic 70s aesthetic.

This is art and real story transfers with passion and hard work on screen. The director pick the best crew and cast to make statements about real life mafia. If you never grow up in that type environment or neighborhood you will never understand. I suggest you to look for dynamic in storyline you will see how really resonates with people in real life. Thank you director and production for amazing work.

A very well told story with amazing art, coloring, and sound that will make you feel like you're there. A time piece that was right on. Chazz Palminteri was fantastic and all the acting was incredibly convincing. Tommy DeNucci has an amazing style of directing. Highly recommended. A must see.

Vault brought me back to the 70's when Providence was run by one of the most powerful organizations in the country. The movie depicted the feel of the city, and had the right amount of drama, comedy, romance, and suspense. Great job by Tommy DeNucci, Chad Verdi, and all the actors and support crew!

Like A Cross Country Drive On Cruise Control....Y A W N...... With a runtime of 1h 39min, VAULT sure is a long movie. The film is filled with really uninteresting main and sub characters, the writing oh so bla·sé, with Chazz Palminteri, Don Johnson, William Forsythe and The Sopranos gang giving just enough to get their paycheck and go. The production of this film is really horrible. The most disappointing item of all-Samira Wiley getting typecasted as just another crack ****, with no redeeming quality to offer Vault at all. There was a lot of talent that could have been offered in this film-and all of it squandered by inexperienced writers, directors and producers.
