A fun, funny, and introspective-in-its-own-way look at some specific rides.
Directed by Brian Volk-Weiss, the often irreverent documentary moves as quickly as a roller coaster and excites twice as much.
Disney fans who have consumed unofficial books, blogs, podcasts and YouTube videos may find themselves bored and not learning anything new. More casual Disney aficionados will likely fare better overall.
Despite its hit or miss humor and frequently annoying tone, Behind the Attraction still has a lot of great information and archival footage on Disney’s history. And even when it’s not especially funny it’s still easy to watch most of the time.
