Disney+ has grown into one of the most popular streaming services. Not only do subscribers get access to all of Disney's best movies and shows from across the decades, but they also get access to franchises and brands under its umbrella, including Lucasfilm (Star Wars), Marvel Studios, National Geographic, and Pixar Animation Studios.

How much does Disney+ cost?

So how much is Disney+? The Disney+ price is $8/mo. You can also pay for a yearly subscription for $80 and save $16/yr. There is no Disney+ free trial, but you can always subscribe for one month and cancel if you decide it's not the streaming service for you.

• Disney+, Hulu + Live TV, and ESPN+: Cut your cable cord entirely by getting Hulu Live with your Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ bundle. Hulu Live comes with more than 85 channels for $70/mo. 

• Disney+, Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV, and ESPN+: If you want the whole kit and caboodle, then it goes for $76/mo. to remove ads from Hulu's on-demand library altogether.

While everything Disney has ever made is not featured on Disney+, a lot of it is. If you're looking for your favorite animated films, you'll likely find them on the streaming service. These include such classics as:

Are you a Marvel Cinematic Universe fan? A Disney+ subscription gets you access to nearly every Marvel movie made, which means every Avengers, Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America movie comes with a Disney+ membership.

Additionally, Disney+ has been adding Marvel TV shows to its lineup, too. Shows including WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and What If...? are all adding and expanding the MCU. 

Love the Star Wars franchise? Then you'll have access to all nine of the Star Wars Skywalker Saga films, as well as Solo and Rogue One. Then there are the TV shows to consider, which are also on the Disney streaming service, including:

Meanwhile, there's National Geographic and Pixar to consider. National Geographic has a plethora of documentaries and TV shows on Disney+, including The World According to Jeff Goldblum, Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, and The Incredible Dr. Pol. Likewise, Pixar brings its own collection of great titles, including Turning Red, Onward, Luca, Toy Story, The Incredibles, and more.

Movies from Home Alone, Avatar, The Sandlot, and Ice Age, to The Sound of Music can now all be streamed on Disney+. Though they're not officially MCU titles, you can also watch all of the X-Men movies that Fox made over the years, including X-Men, X2: X-Men United, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and more.

Perhaps the best part of this merger, however, is that you can now stream every single episode of The Simpsons on Disney+. This means you can watch more than 600 available episodes.

Is Disney+ worth it?
