Ultimately, CityVille Hometown is exactly what it sounds like: a scaled-back version of CityVille that is specifically designed around the limitations of the iPhone. This makes for a mostly solid experience, that even boasts some improvements over the main version of the game.
Slightly sinister smiles aside, CityVille Hometown offers some reasonable free to play fun without forcing payments.
