Quick background on me the reviewer, I tend to like single player games that is heavy on narrative the most. I also play a lot of racing games and use to play multiplayer games in my high school days but now that it's hard for me and my friends to find a good time to link up so now it’s rare for me to get into a multiplayer game. Up to try any genre of games and sometimes I find something new that I didn't think I'd like. I own a PC (built by me), Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, PS3, PS4, PS5, and a Switch. I prefer Playstation due to their focus on narrative games. For scoring, I’ll be using the Gameinformer review scale and of course influenced by my personal opinions.
(10) Outstanding. A truly elite title that is nearly perfect in every way. This score is given out rarely and indicates a game that cannot be missed.
I played this game over and over as a kid. My review is definitely biased due to nostalgia.
Great game. The graphics may not be stunning (even back then) but I didn't care about graphics while playing this game. Very tactical. Even better when in co-op. My friends and I had a blast playing this game together. Short game however.
Much of the disorder is unintentional. Like some half-assed high-school theater production, nothing works as it should and no one seems to be doing the right thing. [Dec 2003, p.202]
i am giving this the same as its prequel its an enjoyable co op game to play it has a variety of different missions and equipment for players to use throughout
Squad based shooter that plays almost identically to the original released just a year before and is still good fun in co-op. The only real difference is that now all four team members must survive to complete a mission. A strange decision as it removes the tension of having to decide whether or not to go back and rescue an injured squadmate having the effect of making this the slightly inferior of the two Desert Storm games.
When I rented this game, I had high expectations about. Overall, it looked like a nice spending of five dollars; but then I played it. It was a dissapointment from the very beggining, the graphics were good, but that was about it. I don't recommend bying it, but rent it if you must.
I have this game on Gamecube it an abortion. The worst game that I play forever. Whats the point? I complete missions and nothing more pointless? I guess the Japanese cant make games like they used too. Shame because I really liked Vib Ribbler.
