An endlessly entertaining and meticulously crafted modern roguelike.

It may not be a perfect experience, but it’s a real blast for anyone who likes these types of games.

I liked Dungeon of the Endless a lot, mainly due to the fact that it does pretty much everything right. It has the right balance to allow for longer play sessions once you start getting the hang of it, but it also pays respect to the roguelike elements at its core.

A roguelike game with tower defense characteristics that is possible to keep you entertained and on the edge for many hours before you manage to succeed in all the 12 floors/dungeons. Consider the beautiful pixel art esthetic a significant bonus to the whole experience.

A fascinating mix of roleplaying, rogue-like dungeon crawler and tower defense, that demands a high frustration threshold.

Dungeon of the Endless pulls from many popular games and genres from the last couple of years, but what's wonderful about it is that all these elements come together to create something entirely new.

For hardcore players, Dungeon of the Endless could be the game that will occupy your time and mind for what seems to be... well... endless ages.

Dungeon of the Endless is a bold new take on the roguelike genre, including tower defense mechanics, and strategy rpg elements.

It may sound like a strange mashup, but it just works!
Like the other Amplitude games, levels are generated procedurally, so expect 'endless replayability'...

Add awesome pixel Art, and the usual great music by FlybyNo and you got a gem. One you shouldn't miss especially given the ridiculously low price tag!!

Dungeon of the Endless deserves no less than a 10!!

The only thing I don't like is the look of the game on 4k monitors - there should be a possibility to zoom out freely - not only switching between map and normal view. And also lack of possibility of using the individual skills while having the team group up is a bit strange...
Played this for 20h+, didn't get bored yet - recommended!

A combination of both tower defence, and RPG, it keeps you hooked in until the final, brutal wave. The tutorial is concise and easy to easy to understand and the action is from the get go! If you have played Endless Space you will be familiar with this universe. The same resources and money system exist, albeit for very different reasons. I often get lost playing for hours. A highly addictive and enjoyable game. Bravo, Amplitude, another gem. Expand

    CONs:
-Poorly balanced. Seems to oscillate between too easy and too hard regardless of settings.
-Each run is too long. For fairly repetitive gameplay there is no excuse for the excessive length of one game.
-Some tower defenses seem considerably less useful than others, also random research options make it worse.
-No plot whatsoever, despite in-depth character backgrounds.

A little polish and ironing of the CONs would make for an amazing game.

So far I played through twice and the game is erasing my data including the score along with the characters I have unlocked. The second issue is that sometimes the game does not allow you to equip items. I would not advise anyone to buy this game when there are so many other games that work without causing such high levels of frustration. Expand
