Super Lucky's Tale is a simple yet engaging platform game that players of all ages can enjoy thanks to its pick-up-and-play experience. The game, however, may be too simple for some, and the easy and short experience may be a turn off for others, especially for those who have experienced other excellent platform games this year such as A Hat in Time and Super Mario Odyssey.

Super Lucky's Tale is a classic platform with some problems like the impossibility to control the camera at 360° and some imprecision during the jumps.

It's easy to imagine how Super Lucky's Tale would be the highlight of a younger kid's weekend, but it has little to offer anyone looking for an enjoyably challenging 3D platformer.

Super Lucky’s Tale is a very predictable 3D platformer. It checks all the boxes it needs to while drawing heavily on the genre’s tentpole titles. Due to that derivative nature in conjunction with the title’s very low difficulty and padded progression, Super Lucky’s Tale is a hesitant recommendation, and only for the hardcore platformer fan. There is some laid-back fun here, but nothing about this title pushes the envelope in any substantial way, and won’t be supremely appealing to a non-fan of the genre.

I really enjoyed both the chess-style puzzles and the Marble Madness-esque pure tests of physics – probably because the camera and jumping controls are non-factors there.

The platforming works perfectly fine and for some clovers you really have to work harder and search for the letters.

Very similar to Spyro the Dragon. There are few such games now. Beautiful and not difficult game. Designed to give joy for several evenings.

Super Lucky's Tale is definitely better. It's short and not really hard but gameplay mechanics work perfectly

One of the very few titles on window in xboxthe whole family can enjoy. So fun, all the cute funny characters that populate the worlds.

Nice 3D platformer (the coins/bonus collecting kind) with some design faults, like coin and enemies continuous respawn every time youNice 3D platformer (the coins/bonus collecting kind) with some design faults, like coin and enemies continuous respawn every time you enter/exit a level (this way you can farm forever moving back and forth 2 levels only).
It's also affected by 3 annoying bugs devs never cared to solve:
    1) shadows passing through the floor (very annoying gfx glitch to see... multiple shadows rendered on the floor and under characters)
    2) intro and cutscenes are sluggish (probably fixed at 30 fps on PC)
    3) the game can freeze on g-sync (only?) systems if you don't leave in the NVidia driver control panel: G-Sync = Fullscreen & Windowed, Pre-rendered frames =1, Anisotropic Filtering = application controlled, Power management = Prefer maximum performance
