    If you enjoy playing "Battlefield 2" and would like to experience a more frequently changing and updated gaming experience, War Rock is definitely worth trying.

    The nagging question is why on earth should a second-rate FPS game that's so indebted to its peers - and one of which, in the case of BF2, does a persistent character thing for free - think it can get away with demanding a subscription fee for any of its content? Answer: It really can't.

    OBVIOUSLY, you have not played the game lately--> 2008 it has really gotten better, if you really think this game isn't any good, try it now.

    I think this game is awesome, however due to the lag issues, the servers not working sometimes, and punkbuster kicking you off, i would have I think this game is awesome, however due to the lag issues, the servers not working sometimes, and punkbuster kicking you off, i would have to say that its not the most reliable source for entertainment. Yet im still giving it a good rating because its free to play and when it does work its really fun, I'd definitely give it a try at least.… Expand

If you want a fps to play if your PC cant handle the likes of BF2 or even CS:S, play this. Its pretty good.… Expand

Another thing - weapons are way to unrealistic. In real life the famas is 5 times worse than the m4. Counter strike made that point by making the famas the cheapest rifle. Another - the game is all spray en pray. There is no strategy towards it and any noob on counterstrike can own on this. They have way 2 much bugs and even if they fix them the game would still be a second rate counter strike.… Expand

    When this game just came out, it was actually pretty good and I played it very often. Now when I play it again with the new updates. I only When this game just came out, it was actually pretty good and I played it very often. Now when I play it again with the new updates. I only see 2 types of soldiers in the server; anti-tank and scout. All infantries will be sniped by snipers and all vehicles will be knocked out by anti-tanks. Assault - no reason to use this since assault is used to kill other infantries, and scouts can kill assaults from miles away without them knowing what hit them. Medic - unlike BF2 where you earn points when you heal somebody, here nobody would even care about other people, since healing them wouldnt do anything for them. Engineer - just like medics, nobody would bother to help their teammates. Also mines are never as efficient as rocket launchers since the mines looks too different than the terrain even for a blind person to step on. So only with the AT and scouts, normally in a game of warrock, all you'll see is trucks and tanks driving all over the place and scouts hiding everywhere in the map. Sometimes even tanks would camp outside a base and nading everything they see that just spawned since it's almost impossible to hit a tank with a rocket launcher from a long distance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this game unless you don't like playing with vehicles and only play small maps. But of course, if you really want to play that, CS, day of defeat, and many other games are way better choices than this.… Expand

    Oh just pathetic they have tried too hard with this game and just ruined it, they have copied off Counter Strike and the guns are not realistic.
