Some interesting new approaches to classes that are now familiar, the DLC brings some cool things to the table. While it can't fix the core issues with the game, it adds some fresh content for those who are still playing and looking for something new.

What the DLC does well is add some new play styles to the familiar class of hunters and a new monster. Unfortunately that is all the DLC doesWhat the DLC does well is add some new play styles to the familiar class of hunters and a new monster. Unfortunately that is all the DLC does well. Besides new characters the DLC adds no fresh content such as new game modes or maps. Playing as the the fourth tier of hunters and monster will quickly get old and repetitive especially with the terrible bugs and game mechanics issues that came out with the most rent patch. Somehow the game play and mechanics are worse than when the game launched, which is a shame because the game ran smoothly before the DLC and patch.

Unless you pre ordered the game and have the season pass there is no reason to spend $7.50 per hunter and $15.00 dollars for the monster. The price is unjustifiable and the bugs and problems in the game will frustrate you to where you won't want to play the game until all the issues are finally resolved.
