The puzzles and challenges encountered are well made and with a good difficulty.
Original in its mechanics and fostering creative solutions when it comes to puzzle solving, Waking Violet also features an original visual artwork and design. A game that puzzle fans are certain to enjoy, Waking Violet is a very welcome addition to the ever growing Nintendo Switch library.
I would recommend Waking Violet to anyone interested in puzzlers. Its mechanics provide enough unique challenges to get a couple hours of mind-bending game play. That, plus the artwork and design makes this game well worth it.
Waking Violet is by no means a bad game, but if you’re not a particularly patient person, it might be easy to mistake it for one.

Summary Waking Violet is a classic 2D top-down puzzle game, but with awesome spells and a unique time rewind mechanic. Playing as Violet, a shy teen with a desire to grow up, you get trapped in a dream you just can't wake up from.
