  1. It's original, it's inexpensive and it's fun. Void is a perfect addition to the Bit.Trip series and is, arguably, the best of the batch so far, retaining the addictive charms of the previous two titles while carving out a strong and unique identity of its own.

A simple, entertaining and artistic game. It's visually familiar, but the game is once again different. [Apr 2010]
  3. Official Nintendo Magazine UK
    82
Insanely hard retro magic. [Apr 2010, p.90]
  4. The inability to upload high-scores is a minor disappointment, but otherwise Bit.Trip Void is an unqualified success, and for 600 Points from the Wii Shop it's well worth investigating.
  5. Fans of arcade games that like the quest for self overcoming will enjoy the experience -- despite the lack of leaderboards. Hours of fun for just 600 Nintendo Points.
  6. It may pay homage to the best of 8-bit gameplay but this is cleverly originally and instantly addictive.
  7. Nintendo Gamer

Bit of a one-trick pony, but it's still a neat idea, well executed. [May 2010, p.73]
