One of the more graphically violent movies ever made, Magnum Force is shatteringly effective.
The story contains the usual surfeit of human massacre for the yahoo trade, as well as a few actual thoughts.

Clint Eastwood is back as Dirty Harry in Magnum Force and this time he's here to catch another mysterious killer who is an vigilante cop who kills people. That's kind of the same thing to the first film. However I have nothing about it because it's the same thing like I said. Magnum Force is a superior one out of all of them. Great sequel to Dirty Harry.

A strong follow-up to 'Dirty Harry'.
I feel as positively about this as I do about that 1971 original. I don't think they set the world alight per se, but they are unquestionably entertaining and have a strong vibe about them. Clint Eastwood is terrific, while the support cast - though not on the aforementioned's level - are solid. Good story, well paced... I like it.

Eastwood's gun power makes him the hero of a totally nihilistic dream world. Ted Post's direction is mediocre; the script by John Milius and Michael Cimino is cheaply effective.
While never as disturbing as the first film, it fails to convince because of the turnaround in Harry's character, and because it posits in facile fashion degrees of taking the law into one's own hands: Harry's acceptable, the gun crazy kids aren't. That said, it has some fine action sequences, and is far less objectionable than the later Sudden Impact.
I have always been of the belief that the best way to get things done would be to have some benevolent dictator running things. The problem is always finding the right sage magician for the job. Harry Callahan probably wouldn’t be my first choice, but he sure is entertaining when he shoots people.
This has grit coming out of its ears but not the greatest Eastwood feature by a long shot.
The movie is a muddle of morality.
Magnum Force is a typical sequel to a cult film. Yes, everything is also here, as in the original, but with the expansion of the plot. Several plot branches, a closed confrontation between the image of the protagonist from the first part and the image of the sequel. The sequel shows the opposite side of cruelty. A good sequel revealing the image of Harold Callahan.

Magnum Force is a film with a decent script, but a bad direction and an absurd narrative.
Eastwood's performance, again, is great again.

I don't remember much about Magnum Force but I do know it is about a cop going round killing people or somebody posing as a cop or something. I don't know the storyline or anything as I haven't seen it in years but I remember not being too impressed by it and it's a weak film and weak sequel so stick with the original and avoid this turkey at all costs. Some of the sequels for me worked but not Magnum Force and if people did think it was good then it wasn't because of the film itself but only because Clint Eastwood's acting saved it but besides that it's absurd, stupid and awful and I remember being somewhat bored on viewing it and the best bit of the film is when it ends and the credits pop up.
