Description: One Last Thing… is the story of Dylan Jameison (Angarano), a 16 year-old kid from an industrial town in Pennsylvania, who has terminal cancer, and who's living life as fast as he can. When a charitable organization, "United Wish Givers," grants Dylan a last wish, he initially chooses to go fishing with his football hero, Jason O'Malley. But that's not what he really wants.
