Yes, this film is unapologetically corny and unabashedly self-congratulatory, and while it pales in comparison to many of the classic animated films referenced throughout, the little ones should find it entertaining enough and the parents should be at least mildly amused as well as grateful for a zippy 95-minute running time.
Wish serves as a throwback to the past, a celebration of the present, and a gentle push into the future.

I love the film because its about love it's always it's about love cause asha is my favorite disney character but disney 100 years of wonder don't worry it's a really good film next time do it better that's all you have to do no matter how bad things could get to you if beliveing in your self

This movie talks about loosing touch with you inner joy, desire which is your wish. Too many people overly criticizing this movie makes me feel like so many more have become disconnected from this aspect in themselves. This is lighthearted, it hits similar story beats to other Disney movies. It slips over 100 references to all their movies throughout the film and it's fun finding them while watching. This movie is great! I just wish more people weren't so calous and grumpy now a days and could welcome in these sweet movies. Just go in and enjoy it's a lot of fun.

It’s not going to make you forget “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” or “Bambi” or “Frozen” or “Tangled,” but elements of it might remind you of them. Which is by design.
Wish plays out like the No Frills version of a Disney princess story.
Disney has been at the forefront of animation in film for much of its 100 years and their legacy is unparalleled. That’s a lot to put on the shoulders of any animated film, but Wish, with its mundane celebration of this history, is a disappointing commemoration of these accomplishments.
In “Pinocchio,” when Geppetto wished upon a star, a hunk of wood became a real boy. Eighty-three years later, Disney’s latest animated film, called “Wish,” which is sort of about the origin of that same magical ball of gas, couldn’t be more wooden, manufactured or lifeless.
Unfortunately, Wish manages to be none of the things it wants to be. It is neither evocative enough of the past to work as a tribute, nor irreverent or inventive or just plain funny enough to justify its constant but half-hearted callouts. It’s the ultimate cop-out — a lifeless, uninspiring mess of bland brand management.

Para ser un homenaje por el 100 aniversario de Disney, esta película carece de carisma. Todos sabemos que las películas Disney no son muy complicadas de entender, dado que es su personalidad y la dedicación por parte del equipo artístico lo que atraía la atención del público. Pero Wish tiene una historia y personajes tan planos, y unos diseños tan básicos, que terminas la película con una sensación de vacío en el cuerpo.
Supongo que esto es lo que ocurre cuando se industrializa demasiado una compañía que trata de sacar más de 20 series, películas y cortos al año. Sube la cantidad, pero baja la calidad.

I wish my money back! This is most generic "princess story" Disney EVER MADE! It's not so colorful, mostly blue-ish and desaturated, one or two songs are nice, odd animation (2D and 3D don't blend well), lame story... and kids were BORED! I fought boredom by tracing references and "easter eggs" (or rather "memberberries"), but it's not enough to call this movie even mediocre. Streaming quality... "Disney magic" is gone and unlikely to return. PROS: it's not remake or reboot. CONS: generic, even more generic and finally boring. PS Celebrating 100 years of the company with this film shows how low Disney has fallen. It's time just walk away...
